Best Little Bank Branch in Ohio

The ongoing restructurings in banking and financial services have afforded us the opportunity to sample the cultures of more than a few Dayton institutions during the last twenty years.

Acquisitions and attractive financial instrument premiums have kept us nimble on our feet. My first residence was financed by Winters Bank.  Later, we were customers of BANK ONE before it became BANK GONE.   And, if fact, this post is about Chase Bank of Dayton.

But the excellence in service and attention to detail we have encountered at our local Oakwood Branch of Chase Bank at 2800 Far Hills Avenue compel recognition.

BRENDON M HALVORSEN must have a desk in the back office, but I don’t know when he might occupy (what I envision as his premium ergonomic mesh-back) desk chair.  He always conducts the Oakwood Branch like a symphony orchestra, from up front, and the Branch all make beautiful music together.

If Brendon is the Conductor, JASON FOLEY is the ConcertMaster at the Oakwood Branch of Chase--he expedited the transfer of our payroll and credit card activities, coordinating calls to Dallas and the payroll specialists.

The First Chair of Tellers is Robert. There is no transaction that he cannot expedite courteously and efficiently.

Warm and friendly, the staff always provide authentic caring in a quiet bank ambiance.  The Oakwood Branch of Chase Bank is a tranquil refuge--always with a quiet murmur the arrangements being made to pay the utility bills for a cosseted widow or quoting CD rates at rollover time.

 The Oakwood Branch is a beautiful banking boutique, but it is our neighbor hood access point to the industrial strength of over 5,100 Chase branches and 15,000 ATMs. You can also call Chase Telephone Banking 24 hours a day.  Oakwood is Ohio's best little Branch Bank- but there is nothing little about the deals they can put together, backed by the Chase assets.

Their on-line access software is dependable fast and easy to use- I whistle-up all the reports I need with a few clicks and can go back more than a year into the archives, without extra charges.

Everyone is  treated like a millionaire at the Oakwood Branch of the Chase Bank.  But Pleeease don't tell everybody--I don't want lines to start to form.
